Watch ou! I'm grumpy (see "Grumpy Morning" post). Feels like PMS hit me AFTER my period this time.

7am - BREAKFAST: 20oz, soy, sugar-free carmel latte (220cal, 6g fat) 2 servings of those 'awful' yogurt covered almonds

Awwwww! I Hope You Feel Better Soon!

So sorry you feel yucky!!!!  I'm lucky, in a way, that I don't have any TOM any more.  I'm even past menopause.  I only have to worry about a heart attack and losing lots of bone!!!   Ha-ha-ha-ha!!!  : )

About the fasting, I've done quite a bit of it, too.  Sometimes for physical reasons and sometimes for spiritual reasons.  When I fast for physical reasons, I drink water or diluted juices, etc..  When I fast for spiritual reasons, I don't take in anything at all.  I fast to draw closer to God -- just because I love Him and Jeses, or to "humble" myself and pray for someone (or myself).  I never fast for more than 24 hours, because I'm not strong enough to do more.  A lot of people don't know about fasting, so we're both very blessed that we do know about it!!!

Do you want to know how to go get some friends on here?  Here's one way.  Whenever you see a name, click on it (going to their blog) and leave them a comment.  Usually, they go to your blog in return.  Also (another way), on the home page:  either click on a name (on the right side of the page)  --- or on a new post title (on right, near the top).  You can even go to pages with the previous posts.

BTW, go to your administration page, click on (left side) "Community" and add my name (    MissyBelle    ) exactly as I typed it,  in the box next to "Friend name".  (You can add other info in the next box to the right, if you want.)  Then, click the button that says "Add."    Done!   Now you can find their name on your blog page, click on their name and be taken to their blog page!!!!   Easy as that!!!!  ------  (Later, if you want to delete somebody, just click on the red trash can button -- across from their name.)

Glad You're Still Here

Sorry your life's been a little difficult here lately.  Just don't leave EP!!!   I can't tell you enough just how BIG a help this site is!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They say that it really helps when you list your food somewhere every day.  So, don't stop doing it, okay?

It helps to write down your food plan for the next day and to also write down your exercise plan (and schedule) for the next day, too.

What helps me a lot is talking to myself (we all talk to ourselves in our heads), but only saying POSITIVE things.  No more negative thoughts.  Whenever a negative one comes into my mind, this is what I do.  I say, out loud,  "NO!!!"  And then I tell myself the opposite of that negative thought (and I say the POSITIVE thought OUT LOUD!!!!  This strengthens me a lott!!!!!  Somebody might think that's crazy, but it really works!!!  It gives you the power to change!

If you realize it, the battle is in our mind.  It's our thoughts that we need to control!!!  Our thoughts dictate what our behavior will be.

Change your thoughts  = change your behavior!!!!!!  Try it!!   I want you to succeed at last!!!!

. . . to make sure you're still here!!!  Been missing you.  I hope you're okay and haven't given up.

I've been a little on the "lazy" side here lately    It may sound funny to you, but I just read my past comments for this post of yours.  Hey!!!  I think I'll take my own advice!!!   Ha-ha-ha!!!  I've been telling myself that "I'm too tired"  and "I don't feel like fixing that healthy, low-cal. food"!!!!!!!

It's time for me to change MY OWN "self-talk"  ---  back to the things I WAS saying to myself when I was losing better!!!
