Weekend Update
Last weekend I did not workout but I worked like crazy around the house even though I had a pretty bad headache...thanks to my period...Can't wait for this thing to be OVER 
SATURDAY
I completely forgot to journal...not a very good start ... but I'll blame it on PMS, hormones, grumpiness.
I know I had 1 serving of instant oatmeal for breakfast, and 1/3 cup corn popped with olive oil for dinner ...ah...I remember...lunch was a quick salad of corn, pinto beans and grape tomatoes and mazanilla olives w/ 1 TB white Balsamic dressing 2 fish baked, low breading fish sticks 5 Dinosaur shaped- whole wheat- chicken nuggets 
SUNDAY
I had a cup of coffee for breakfas 1 slice of buttermilk bread with 2 slices of low fat deli ham rolled into it...i went to the 11:15am Church Service so I came home at 1:30pm...starving...had some homemade beef and brocolli stir fry with rice...for dinner...a fish stick burrito with fresh avocato and mango/peach salsa...really good
Pretty good memmory considering I did not right anything down.
