DAY TWO: I'm Still Pumped :)
Yes! I am still here baby :)
My boss gave me the rest of the day off and I will sure use it. I'm going to do some shopping...basic stuff...some house stuff...shopping nonetheless.
I have had some pretty cool insights on this whole weight loss process and put all my previous attempts into perspective and I've come up with some pretty cool ideas on why I've failed before and what is diferent in me NOW that makes it ALL completely different.
I also found some articles by a PHD lady online about weight loss, confort eating and secret eating and all this kind of things. She has this pretty "holistic and almost exoteric' approach to the whole thing which I sure did not like BUT after sifting through all her articles I found several core ideas that did match what I've been going through in my life and I think there are some key points I have to face here. I'll write more on that later.
I will probably log Blog over the weekend because I do my best to give all my attention to my family on the weekends and since i work in front of a PC every day all week...the last thing i want to do is log on on the weekend...so I will probably be updating my weekend on Monday....i'll write it all down to register here :)
7am - BREAKFAST: 2 slices of super high fiber protein sprouted bread, 2 oz ham/turkey, 1TB yogurt spread, 1TB honey, 16oz white chocolate mocha (I know...not the healthiest but the daycare owner made it just for me :)
9am SNACK: 1 serv Kashi Go Lean Instant Hot Cereal w/ Clusters Honey & Cinnamon made with water only
12:30am - LUNCH: Taco del Mar Mondo carne Assada Burrito w/ rice guacamole
