sneaky WI...it cant be right?!
had a sneaky WI today, as i have to start a new pill (Again) for my endometriosis, and the scales say......... ive lost 11lb
im sorry? can you please repeat that? 11lb !! 
ive not done anything different, not moved the scales, or anything! i will however changed the battery, although this one is quite new, but i just cant beleive 11lb?! tahts crazy! thats my crimbo goal!!! if it is right i could be in the 15's by christmas!! 

ill see what sunday brings! ill get my boyf to weigh to, as if it says his lost alot i know its lying! but its never played up before? ....... i hope its true!
ill also be putting some new pics up of me on crimbo eve

monday new weeek!
i have changed my WI day to sunday, so after if its a good WI i can have my roast dinner & pud! all point, but if i go a couple over i wont mind! 
as i have decided to cut down on 'treats' throughout the week, i mean some days i can have 2 fun size mars thats 3 points. and id rather not! 
i am realllyyyyyyyyyy hoping to get this 3lb off this week!! to make me dead on 17st....or 4 lb would be great in the 16's!! YAH!!! so i am exericisng EVERYDAY!!! 

on the puppie front!...... we have been talking about gettin a puppie for a bout... 3years now!! i have researched, read, watched, talked about bringing one up, buying them, looking after them etc! so i know a little bit now! and my boyf really wants one now! but as we are in a apartment, were waiting untill we move into a house, as its just not fair no garden etc....so hopefully looking at early next year! YAHHHHH!!!
I read that dog walkers lose a extra 6-8lb a month too!! BLIMEY!
I honestly can not wait, we are hoping to get a long haired GSD, and enter it in agilty/shows etc! i am SO exicted!
anyway back to the diet! going well! i have decide dto have bigger breakfasts with protein with them, as that keeps me full for AGES, other then the old cereal!

oh my god!!?
well!! after feeling crap yesterday and eating over........ i lost 2lb!! EH?!!! 
just measured and have lost 10inchs all over my body to!! WOOO WOOOOOOOOO!!! 
am feeling pretty dam good now!!

feeling a bit p00
i have been on my totm for nearly a month now, because of the pill im on and now ive been told its the wrong one and ive taken it for 3 months for nothing :o( and need a new one for my endometriosis!
and ive been 'over' 11 days in the 28 days ive been doing WW, i dont mean lots of points just somes days its 2 or 1 etc, and now today its 11.5! i just thought 'so what who cares' and eat lots of fun size choc!
it didnt make me happy though, like it normally does
i just feel so down and i hate it :O(
WI on mon to and i know ive like STS or gained.

not the actual programme but i found it in a mag, just had some pics taken of me to show them my 'problem areas'!! lol!

BMI, ideal weight, Goal, etc
I thought that i would jsut do my BMI and idea lweight etc for when i started...here goes!:
BMI at biggest: 17st 11lb: 37.9 = Obese 
Ideal Body weight for 5ft8: 9st 11lb - 10st 10lb 
For my goal of 14st 7lb: BMI: 30.9 = Overweight...YAH!! haha! 
My next goal after that will prob be 12st: = BMI: 25.6 = NORMAL!! ooo Normal!!! 

then i guess after that 11st: BMI: 23.5 = NORMAL! 
Then prob 10 st, depending on how i feel/look: BMI: 21.3 = NORMAL! 
cant wait!!!

going good!
not much to report really, had a bit of a over day on tues, was in alot of pain because of my endometriosis, no exuse really, but all i wanted was choc ALL day! and i had a indian in the evening! 
i really enjoyed it though!!!! 
been on track all week apart from that, pointing going well, infact some days i am under a fair bit as im getting used to eating a lot less!! 
i am trying to cut out one point everyday this week, to kinda make up for tues, and to get myself ready for when i go down some points!! as as soon as i hit the 16's ill be on, oh 25, haha! i thought it would be 24 for some reason! ah well a point is about 70kcals anyway, and i dont do that much to be honest so i dont think i need it!

fantastic week..slighty crappy weekend!
well! last week was fantastic, i was putting food back and choosing the right options and i am SO pleased with myself! 
i even exercised 3 days! then friday came....... the boyf & I needed to go shopping after he came home from work, id saved up some points for a low fat tesco pizza (all pointed like WW!) and when he got home....we had to go straight to hospital! his a bricklayer and hit his bloody thumb with a hammer! it was SO swollen & all purple where it was filled with blood! 
he had fractured it & needed it drilled because the blood had no where to go! so i watched them drill it and it came out like a fountain! well after that he obviously didnt want to go shopping! so i jumped out at tesco.... and everything was sold out! 
so he says oh come on its gettin really late ill get a chinese i say ok, because i know i have points left..... long story short because i was so hungry, i mean hadnt eaten for about 8 hours at this points, i ended up going about 6 maybe 8 over 
then on saturday we finally do our shopping.... and have rolls for lunch i point them as 2 each.... i read the handbook and thats for 50g rolls! i weigh mine and there 100! for thats took me 4 points over! then sunday i end up 2.5 over!!
Blimey! but i did lose 2lb! i know it would have been 3 maybe 4 because i had a sneaky weigh in on friday...so i ended up going over by around 1200kcal for the hole weekend, which stopped that extra pound coming off!
but i never once thought 'sod it im over lets binge' i jsut thought 'oh no im over!! i ruined my week!' anmd stopped there! so i have learnt some lessons!
anyway! this will be my completly 0 over week!!!

going good!
i am on my first really good week after last week!
going really well, i even find myself putting food back if i know that later on ill be over points or wont have enough left! 
ive changed my main goal from 2stone to 3 stone to 3stone 4lb
and then ill see where i go from there!
i really need a job i can do at home i can not seem to find anything and it is sooo annoying! 
exercised on monday, and going to again today, i cant beleive that a few years ago i was at the gym everyday 2hours and now walking on a treadmill for 10 mils leaves me aching the next day!
but it will all change im taking it alsow like every other day for this week and prob next week untill i can do it everyday again, i know taht if i go to fast ill end up aching and not bothering so slow its good this time! 
not much to report really apart from things going well.....*touch wood!*

my pictures....by the way!
i know ive had quite a few viewings on my page (yippee!)
i jsut wanted to say taht i KNOW i look pregnant in my pics! LOL!
but i can assure you...im just fat!
and actually my stomach looks extra 'hangy' as i did something quite stupid....... i went and had liposuction as a 'boost' to help me lose weight....... had 6 areas done........yeh...it really worked didnt it?! just made my skin even worse
anddddd it took me 9 weeks jsut to be able to move again as i had it really bad pain/walking/sleeping......... god 5 hours sleep in 7 days, yes i was seeing things!
anyway! anyone overweight thinking of getting lipo, jsut lose the weight first, and have it done after, i may have not actually needed a tummy tuck, but now i do! so there!
