Feeling pretty good this morning. My husband and I walked just a little bit ago, because we can't this afternoon. And I actually didnt fight it. lol - score 1 point for me. :)

Way to go! It's always so much harder to start than the actual exercise is. I know I feel great after I exercise, but don't really look forward to it. Well, sometimes I do. I took a break for a couple of weeks because of my knee, but I'm back! Welcome to EP and good luck on your journey.
That's great your husband is encouraging you and exercising with you. People lose weight quicker when they have support and someone to work out with.
