Little Sister and Cracked Pepper Triscuits! http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/iticitic/comments/380980/little-sister-and-cracked-pepper-triscuits <DIV style="MARGIN-TOP: 5px"> <P>Well, these two things have nothing to do with each other!&nbsp; I just wanted you all to know that my little sister joined ep.&nbsp; Her name is Shyful.&nbsp; She is my little sister because she's ten years younger than me.&nbsp; However, she's five inches taller than me.&nbsp; Dang!&nbsp; I'm on my second day of my second "4 Day Win".&nbsp; I've been exercising 22 minutes a day and not eating more than 1,400.&nbsp; I didn't get the exercise&nbsp;done today though.&nbsp; It was too nuts and I'm too tired now.&nbsp; I got up too late to exercise this morning and&nbsp;didn't sit down until now.&nbsp; My parents came over to eat tonight.&nbsp; It was fun though.&nbsp; I did great on my eating though.&nbsp; I thought I would let you all know that those cracked pepper Triscuits are a satisfying snack.&nbsp; You can eat 6 of them and I think it's 120 calories and they are really good.&nbsp; I hope everyone is having a great week!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</P></DIV> <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/iticitic/comments/380980/little-sister-and-cracked-pepper-triscuits">Comments(3)</a> 380980 Monday, December 1, 2008 00:07:04 Day Four and Trim Down the Activities http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/iticitic/comments/379669/day-four-and-trim-down-the-activities <DIV style="MARGIN-TOP: 5px"> <P>I've just finished my first "Four Day Win" which was to eat about 1300-1400 calories a day and exercise 20 minutes everyday.&nbsp; I have also resolved to "trim down" some of my activities so I don't feel so much stress.&nbsp; I have quit two activities at church and I feel good about it.&nbsp; Sometimes, you can just get too over programmed.&nbsp; I think we need to make&nbsp;allowance for some down time.&nbsp; Tomorrow will be the same goals for the next "Four Day Win" plus I will exercise 22 minutes a day.&nbsp; Hold me to it!&nbsp; Good luck to everyone!</P></DIV> <a href="http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/iticitic/comments/379669/day-four-and-trim-down-the-activities">Comments(2)</a> 379669 Monday, December 1, 2008 00:04:21 Don't Look Back!!!
