Cancelling Out One Another
Hi!
Well, I'm doing well with my exercise but my eating needs a little work;) Yesterday, I was off work because of the snow and I made sure I worked out on the treadmill. However, my husband took me to Copeland's last night and we halved the thin and crispy catfish platter and then halved the cheesecake and even halving it, that was a lot of food. Then, I ate more later last night. Good gosh! So, this week I'm determined to do better on the eating and work a few more fruits into my diet. I really need to do that so my next trip to the grocery store, I'm going to pick out a fruit that just really appeals to me. If anyone has any suggestion, please let me know. We can do this!!!
