On My Way....
Tomorrow is the beginning of my second "Four Day Win". For the next four days, I will:
Be the watcher and eat consciously.
Post on ep at least every other day.
Hula hoop for 15 minutes each day.
Walk on the treadmill for 7 1/2 minutes each day.
