Treadmill Anxiety....LOL!
Hi All,
I have been working on my 2010 plan today which just starts with mapping out what I will do for the next four days since I've read Martha Beck's book "The Four Day Win". I am starting over with exercise and eating healthy and I'm having a hard time getting back on that treadmill. So, I will have to do baby steps. For the next four days, I will:
Be the watcher and eat consciously.
Hula hoop for 15 minutes each day
Walk on the treadmill for 5 minutes each day.
Post on ep each day.
