Week Two
A few posts back, I was going to start the 21 Day Challenge again and not worry about the scales. Then, I dug out my "Four Day Win" book and changed my tune. I love working out through the week and trying the strategies in the book. I'm taking weekends off from working out. The book really helps me think about only eating when I'm hungry. Also, I have weighed and have lost about a pound and a half. I think we all have to find what works for us and go with it. I love hearing about how other people are losing weight. We need each other.
