Worked Out
I did great on my eating today and did a mile on the treadmill in 18 minutes. When I weighed this morning, I had gained two pounds which I was afraid it was going to be more than that. I am ready to exercise for 21 days straight. Tomorrow is Day Two. I'm tired of starting and stopping. I know how much better I feel when I exercise and I'm determined to develop the habit. I hope you all are having a great week!

Gaining a habit
Good for you to make the 21 days straight a goal of yours. It's hard to start the habit of excercise but once you do it constantly for those days it becomes a simple habit that you feel lost without doing.
