Tomorrow is Healthier

Thanks for all of the positive comments!  You all made me feel so much better.  You are right about the fact it doesn't do any good to beat ourselves up when we mess up.  I tend to do that and I needed to hear that!  I will get up tomorrow morning and do twenty minutes on the treadmill.  I feel so good when I do that!  I will make healthy choices and stay away from trigger foods.  You all are so right.  There are certain foods I just can't go near ever or it's all downhill from there.  I think part of the reason I ate too much was that I was thinking about having visitors for the next two weeks~first week- father-in-law with big dog.  Second week-husband's uncle.  I just need to try to live in the present and not stress over it.  When I do stress, I don't need to run to food.  As you said, keep all trigger foods out of the house.  I certainly didn't over eat because I was hungry.  Anyway, you've helped me get back on that horse and here I go again!  Thanks!
