Getting There... with sore shins!
BLAH today was horrible and BLAH there is still a whole four days to go before the weekend and BLAH I just want to hide in my bed and snuggle with Jason until next week! That would be just wonderful... what are the chances?
Food:
2 x toast w/ low fat marg and vegemite
1 x Green Apple
1 x Vanilla light Fruche yoghurt
1 x Banana sandwich (on 2 x bread)
1 x Lean Cuisine Lasagne
1 x Diet Passionfruit Crush (2cals!)
Exercise: Couch to 5k WEEK 5 (!)
I modified it a little bit today because of some leg problems, but still lasted the full 30 minutes with intervals.

3 minute cool down walk
(OH MAN, my shins hurt today for the first time in a while - I actually had to stop and take a breather because I was in a lot of pain. Hopefully they'll sort themselves out soon.)
