Another weekend gone? :(
I know I make a habit of grumbling, but I WISH WISH WISH the weekends didn't fly by so quickly. Nothing spectacular to report here.. I haven't eaten anything too naughty, I've done at least some form of walking/exercising every day and I'm hoping for a small loss tomorrow morning if all goes well!
Breakfasts have been the usual toast w/ margerine and a green tea, lunches have been banana sandwiches - today I had grilled ham and cheese which was a nice change. Dinners have been home cooked: I made apricot chicken, basmati rice & veggies on Friday night, lean chicken mince & herb meatballs with pasta last night. Tonight I am taking my grandma out to dinner (we're keeping her company, since my parents are overseas for the next month or so) and I'm pretty sure I'm going to stick to a roast meat/veggies type of meal. We'll see when we get there.
I finally (FINALLY!) finished Week 4 of Couch to 5k - meaning tomorow I start Week 5. I'm a bit terrified, because the third session this week says I should be jogging for 20 minutes straight. MAN. Terrified wouldn't half describe it. We'll get to that as it happens..... but I have a couple of days to warm up to it first. Hope your weekend is going well - not looking forward to this week work-wise because I have SO much crap going on. Bleh.
