Pizza Pizza Pizza!

I treated my bleh feelings with a homemade pizza dinner.. not so bad compared to the other naughty things that are lying around.. although I did go a little heavy on the cheese.

Not to worry - I walked anyway for my 3k in 30 minutes, which is good. As long as I'm still moving.

I don't have much to say tonight other than the fact that I'm still bleh. I hope that tomorrow (FRIDAY!) will fix those feelings up.

Food:
2 x toast w/ low fat marg & veg (habit!)
low fat mango & peach yoghurt
green apple
2 x bread w/ low fat marg
banana
homemade pizza w/ lite cheese, lite ham and pineapple.

Exercise:
3km walk in 30 minutes.

Do send a slice of that pizza over, it sounds yummy. I know my mom makes a wonderful homemade pizza and I can´t wait to have it when I go home in August - first time in 2 1/2 years, mind you!! :)

Sorry you´re still feeling bleh, perhaps it´s got to do with the weather. We´ve a thunderstorm here right now and I have to fight my gremlin who really wants me to go rade the pantry...... *grin*
