The happy joy feeling has been replaced with a sort of belated moody blues feeling. Bloody PMS coming back, I thought I'd had an easy week. I feel like a huge pig, and I haven't even done anything bad food-wise. Just not feeling GOOD for some reason. Don't ask me where it came from!
Food: 2 x toast w/ low fat marg & vegemite Light strawberry fruche Green Apple Stirfry Chicken & Capsicum Cup of Boiled Rice Piece of Quiche Lorraine
I didn't want to do it, but I did my Couch 2 5k.. I sort of had to force myself today. I then had a bath because my back and shins are aching .. not feeling good! I also have aches in my stomach muscles, I used Jason's old ab roller thingy yesterday for the first time and I think it's finally hit me - I don't know that I'll do that every day, maybe every second day or something. I'm desperate to try to get this flab off my upper and lower belly, it's horrible. :(

Sending some positive vibes and smiles your way. Your happy self will be back in a bit, just you see. We all have moments where are carefully sized down gremlins get out of their bottles, grow to the size of elephants and make us feel huge, terrible, whatever (thus the name of my blog). So, off you go to fighting your gremlin, I´m sure you´ll have it nicely locked into its bottle again by tomorrow. Just don´t let it talk you into stuffing yourself with anything....... they try to, but don´t! :)
These definitely come and go - but look on the bright side. You're still eating well, you're still exercising. Blame TOM, he's a nasty bugger. Or blame the rain you've been having. But don't blame yourself as you're still doing so so so so well. The good vibes will come back as long as you can just ride this one out. Hugs to you!
