Can I be on the bandwagon again this week? I'm feeling GOOD!
Maybe it was actually losing this week that's cheered me up, but I'm very psyched this week, hoping to do good things. I did my 3k walk in 30 minutes again, ready for C25k tomorrow night. My shins are aching a bit though, but I think it's from running two nights in a row - I knew there was a reason I was spacing them out. I don't want to push myself and then have to stop.
Nothing special today - my prac student finishes up tomorrow and I'm sad... because she was great AND because that means as of Thursday, *I* have to do all the work teaching again! I have been spoiled for the past few weeks. :) I hope to get another prac student in Term 4, I really like explaining the ropes of classroom teaching to others. Especially since I'm still a relatively new teacher as well (second year out of uni) so I feel I can relate to the stress of assignments and prac and all that.
Food: 2 x toast w/ low fat marg & veg strawberry light fruche banana sandwich (2x bread) quiche lorraine for dinner hot chocolate
Exercise: 3km walk in 30 minutes.
See you all tomorrow! (Are we counting down til Friday yet? I am!)

Me too
Hi, sweetie!
I so know what you mean by being psyched right now - I am in a real high, too, and sort of looking forward to WI tomorrow. Having a student teacher around is bound to be fun, I think that´s something I would have liked to have done..... Hmmmm, oh well :)
Soooo proud of you that you´re doing so well - keep up the good work and you´ll see even more results really soon!!
I'm on the 2nd week of C25K, and one day during the first week, I decided to do it on back to back days instead of spacing them out. Big Mistake! My shins and calves were mad at me!
Don't you love when you have all that good energy around you? I love that feeling of " I can do anything and nothing can tear down my wall" ?? well ok, you know what I mean...I so agree with you on the weight loss and how psyched you get , it always happens to me. See what happens, you're using it to do your C25K!!! So keep that energy level up high and make sure you soak your feet / legs in warm water with epson salts. That should help with the ache: D......you're going to do very well this week!!
