Before After

Wednesday Bandwagon!

I love that word -- bandwagon!

Another day, another day, another day... but one step closer to the weekend! I still live at home with my parents at the moment, and they're heading off for a month-long vacation to the US of A as of this Friday, so it'll DEFINITELY be me in control of myself without any support -- mum is usually a really good inspiration, since she lost about 10kgs and has kept it off for months.

But I'm hoping that by the time they come back in early July, I'll look different to how I do now! Maybe I'll be a step closer to my goals. :)

Today's food:
2x toast w/ low fat marg and vegemite
Green Tea
Light vanilla fruche yoghurt
Weight Watchers Bar
Green Apple
Ham and Cheese Sandwich, toasted
Low fat frozen lasagne for dinner.

I have followed Kelly's lead with seeking the low calorie hot chocolate packet mixes, so they're going to be my late night snack from now on -- I'm going to try to limit my eating after dinner. And sadly, it's getting too cold for icecream, unless you microwave it to melt it first. (I'm so weird.)

I went back a week (after NO exercise from eyesight and head cold) on Couch to 5k, so I am doing Week 3 (90 second walk, jog, 3 minute walk, jog) for the third time all up! I just didn't want to throw myself back into week 4 (five minute jogging intervals, ack!) without warming myself up to it again. So I am getting back into it, slowly. =)

Good for you!!

Hi, sweetie!

Sounds good to me, it´s easier to get back on track with eats and things when you´re on your own. I know what I´m saying, having a 13 month old and an almost 3 year old,  who need their normal food - temptation is sometimes rough to work on. But I know you´ll do great while your parents are away and they´ll have lots to compliment you on when they come home :)

I like your idea of low calorie hot chocolate mixes - I think I might do that. Trying to stick to not eating after 8 pm here.
HOw funny your weather´s getting too cold for ice cream - summer´s just starting up here.

Have a great day, sweets! See you soon!

:)

My parents are going on holiday too at the weekend, and I always find it harder to stay on track when Im alone, free rein of the cupboards. But I'll be trying hard too! Good luck :)

hot chocolate!

the hot chocolate packets are amazing!  and if you make it nice and hot and sip it slowly it seems to last forever.  definitely a good investment -

good luck being alone.  i like your outlook: show them the change when they return!

i look forward to reading more of your blog,
alexa
