Moving right along..
I think I've used the recovery period as a big excuse to eat terribly, I'm FEELING terrible and it has nothing to do with the post op! My eyes are still blurry but better enough to do most things, just with LOTS of lubricant eye drops.
I don't even want to talk about the junk I've eaten. It's pretty ridiculous, really. Suffice it to say that as of this morning, I'm back on the healthy eating bandwagon. I still can't resume my Couch to 5k yet, but I'll save that until I'm more co-ordinated again.
The healthy eating though, is something I can start RIGHT NOW. It started this morning, eating weetbix for breakfast and a green tea as a snack. I was getting so close to my mini goal of 85kgs, now I have a horrible feeling things are heading in the UPWARDS direction. Not what I want.
Back on. It's written here. Now to stick to it.

Weetbix w/ light milk
Green Tea
3x Saos w/ 2x light cheese slices and vegemite
Icecream cone w/ 2 scoops low fat icecream
Homemade chicken enchiladas: 3 mini burritos, chicken, salsa, low fat grated cheese.
