Pizza
Nothing much has been happening lately, except for the continuing urge to eat whatever has been in sight! Luckily, my mum came across some old Weight Watchers recipe books from a second hand stall, and there is this one book that is AMAZING - none of these fancy recipes that look great but take forever, all simple and YUM (especially the dessert section..mm..)
Yesterday's food - cereal, yoghurt, WW bar, chicken stirfry with some rice and cornflake crusted chicken with veggies for dinner. I also had a low fat icecream bar w/ butterscotch sauce that I made from the new recipe book.
Today's food - cereal, yoghurt, WW bar, grilled chicken pattie on a bun with lettuce and cheese, and I'm hoping to eat something I can whip up easily from the book. Either that, or just a toasted sandwich tonight, as noone else is home and I'm lazy.
My weakness is most definitely PIZZA. The second I feel lazy, or realise that it's just me and I could eat what I wanted, I daydream about ordering pizza. Nothing fancy, just plain cheese pizza. Why can't I fantasize about veggies? ;)
So today... I shall restrain! Must be good! Just two more full days until it's TIME for surgery - I am so excited and so nervous in the same breath, apologies for talking about it so much. :P
