I just spoiled my wonderful morning with a pizza dinner. And you know what's worse?
It wasn't even worth it.

Everyone falls off the wagon once in a while - you'll be back, better than ever, after a good night's sleep. Don't be too hard on yourself! The important thing is you realize it wasn't worth it, so you won't make the same mistake again.
you have stopped kicking yourself about the pizza now. It's over and done and can't be taken back. Just try not to let it happen again. And 800g may not seem likemuch but that woudl translate to 1.5lbs at least for our American friends. And that is a very good loss to achieve. Well done and keep up the walking.
you're allowed little treats here and there - like you said before, it's a lifestyle change.
You simply couldnt keep up that kind of lifestyle without the occasional splurge.
And man.. what a boring life too if you couldnt enjoy slight naughty food once in a while!
