A quick Tuesday!
Just another day here.... You'll have to excuse me blogging an awful lot lately, but I just like to see in writing what good things (or naughty things!) I've done. Makes things seem very worthwhile even if the scales/dress sizes don't change.
Breakfast: Cereal w/ light milk
Snack: Low fat yoghurt and WW apple bar.
Lunch: 6 vitawheats w/ vegemite, Coke Zero can
Dinner: Bread roll w/ skinfree chicken and a Diet coke.
Tonight was line dancing night !!! 6.30 to 8.45, dance dance dance. Loved it, had a ball. Especially the faster ones, hop, kick, jump, step.. good fun without the boringness of gym! :)
Nothing super exciting to report today. Hope yours was fantastic!

Line dancing sounds like a really fun way to work off the pounds. Unfortunately, I have zero sense of rythym. I'm sure I'd cause some sort of domino effect and we'd all end up on the floor.
Congrats on the healthy eating and finding something you enjoy doing that will help you shed some pounds.

Its' great
that you've been bloggin often. I like reading and commenting and it does keep one more focused and on track. Line Dancing must have been fun. Unfortuantely I cannot indulge as my knee is bad as you must havebeen reading in my blog. Keep it up - the sizes and the weight will gradually fall off as a result. Don't worry.
