Calm.
Random outbursts aside, I'm feeling much better now. I did my last CT5K for Week 2, and I managed to do it fairly well. I warm up for 10 minutes for my shins, then straight onto 20 minutes of jog/walk. Next week should be a challenge.
Then I went outside and got crazy with some cleaning - my rabbit hutch was filthy, and needed a good scrubbing. That took about twenty minutes, and it's much shinier now. Excellent.
Then I followed my busy afternoon with a nice long shower, including a new shower exfoliater that smells divine! It's just an Avon one, smells like sugar sweetness. YUM.
(And dare I mention that I hopped on the scales and read 87.8 - 88.0kgs just before my shower?) So not right, considering the junk I ate.
Not sure what's on for dinner tonight. I might make something from one of the old Weight Watchers cookbooks since Jase is coming over, and Mum has declined cooking for the evening! :)
