Another Day!Ex
Exercised this morning? Check.
Ate Breakfast? Crap. No. Green tea and then I just forgot.
Lunch? 2x Wholemeal Bread, leftover roast beef.
Snack? Icecream x3 scoops (about 250 calories!)
Dinner? Plain pasta w/tomato sauce and light cheese.
I actually made a Lean Cuisine meal for dinner, but the smell of it made my stomach turn so I tossed it out and made my own instead. It was Beef Stroganoff with Pasta, and it just wasn't.. nice. A bit wasteful, but what's the point in eating things you don't actually enjoy?
Tomorrow I finish off my Couch to 5K week 2 training. I also booked in my laser eye surgery for May 11th - which means I'll be out of commission exercise wise for 5 days after surgery. I can still eat well in those days though.. I'm excited, but a little nervous too. :)
