Help!
I went back to my gym tonight (after a four month hiatus!) and squee, I am feeling a wee bit fitter than the last time I was there. Will be good to try and squish one or two visits into my week, to mix up the walking/couch to 5k training and line dancing. Exercise, hooray!
Do you think my gym counteracted the 4 Lindt mini eggs I stole from mum's chocolate stash today? I've never seen mini eggs look so darned small. Eep. Danger, Will Robinson, Danger.
Today's food:
Cereal w/ low fat milk
Cup of boiled rice
Thai Red Curry
Low fat pasta bake w/ tomato & capsicum
4 mini Lindt eggs.
Exercise:
40 minutes @ Contours circuit gym.

Very good
and well done on visiting the gym. Try and stay away from the delicious irresistble Lindt chocolates however. We work so hard at the gym and then ruin it all with 30 secs of chocolate.
Keep up the exercising.

amazing, thats so great! You're halfway there!
Careful with the Thai food though babe, lots of it have coconut milk in it which is not great for you. But i guess it's better than the 2 piece upsize!
