Latest measurements
Since 9/14/08 when I first took my measurements I've gone down the following:
Neck: -1"
Bicep: -2" I've noticed my under arm area getting quite flabby so I'm gonna starting toning exercises
Forearm: -.50"
Chest: -4.5"
Waist: -6"
Hips: -8.5"
Thigh: -3"
Calf: -2"
GRAND TOTAL -27.5"
