Ready to SCREAM
I am so hating the scale right now. There is nothing worse than following your plan and gaining weight consistently. I've been really good lately and teaching 9 classes a week so I should be losing but NOOOOO I haven't really lost in weeks. I will lose a lil gain it back and then keep repeating that pattern and I'm so sick of it. I was so excited Saturday the scale said 194 something FINALLY showing a loss this week then weigh in comes this morning and POOF back up to almost 201.
The only thing I can figure is since we eat out on weekends maybe I'm consuming too much sodium and retaining water for a few days. So I'm going back to my insane logic that I have lucky weigh in days since Wednesday was my lucky day for the past few months till the holidays came around when I switched to Monday. Monday's are out Wednesday is back in.
I MUST reach 190 by March 14th or I will be kicking myself hard.
In happier news though Zumba announced the second annual convention they are having on friday and guess who signed up to go?!?!? Moi
I am so excited only 198 more days to go!!
So that brings me to my next goal which is 150lbs by September 3. I'm taking a mini session of Zumba that is in a swimming pool so I need to look good in a bathing suit!
