Weekly report
So the scale was teetering between 200.6 and 199.9 this morning so I'm logging it as 200.6 just to be safe.
I was still not on plan last week I did much better but not 100% so I wanna get back to 100%. Things have just been so hectic lately I've been grabbing for those conveinient comfort foods instead of the good foods. Today has gone pretty well so far though I had cereal for breakfast cause I couldn't find where the stuff I bought myself for breakfast had gotten to so I defintely spent way more points on breakfast than usual but lunch I had Subway Veggie Delite. My hubby makes fun of me for getting a veggie sandwhich at subway but its just never the same if you make it at home.
This week I teach 9 classes the most so far so I'm hoping to get lots of sleep the next few days. The boys have been sick and sleeping with me a lot so then I don't actually sleep due to no room and waking up for every sniffle. I also think the stupid featherbed topper I have on the bed is driving me mad so I'm taking that off as soon as I post my blog to see if I feel any better.
I've set a goal to be 190 by March 14th which is my next Zumba certification class. I have my basic cert but I'm going for the Gold program now which focuses on those with physical disabilities, seniors, severely overweight or pregnant people. It's a lower activity program where you learn lots of modifications. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm also hoping for goal by September 1 so that I can be comfortable with how I look for the Zumba convention which I plan on attending as long as life doesn't get thrown a loop.
And on that note August will be here sooner than I know it and my PLAN was to start trying for baby number 3 around my first's 3rd birthday which is July and I really want an August conception for a spring baby then I don't have to be pregnant through the summer months like I was with my other 2! SO I have ALOT of goals right now.
I've been doing really sucky with getting my water in and its cause I hate plan water. For a while I had been buying sparkling water but hubby complained that I spend too much on it so I've switched to those crystal light packets that you dup in your water bottle so that he can't complain about me spending .18 cents a day. I haven't bought them lately though cause at the grocery store we usually do our shopping at the price had shot up to almost $4 for a 10 pack! So I waited to hit target or walmart where they always have them on clearance for like $1.75 or get the generic ones.
I'll have to post some more recipes soon. I've made a couple really yummy things lately.
