Plateau?
I must be at a plateau with my weight loss. I know it's good not to gain. But, I am working so hard to lose. So what do I do to get over this? Change my workout routine? My eating habits? Anybody know? I am so afraid to step on the scales in the morning and weigh the same or more.

Maybe we need to push our workouts and drink tons of water this week! Lets do it!

I'm with ya!
I'm trying to have a really good, seriously good week. It helps that the week started on Tuesday. I'm with ya Kimby!
Kimby (and somebody else too) said to work out on an empty stomach to burn up stored fat. So I did this morning and I did okay. It was inspiring actually.
Maybe if you work out the same amount of time, but go a little more intense.
One last idea: What about weight lifting. Just a few sessions won't make ya buff like a guy. But it does burn a lot of calories. Muscle weighs more than fat, we've heard a dozen times. But, maybe.

Its Friday
So I did end up having a good week. Today Im really hungry, and snacking on toasted fiber bread to fill up. I hope that you are having a good week as well. Sorry about your plateau. It happens when people get close to their goals, or so I have read.

Hey there! about the platueau-I would right down what you eat and see what you need to change...when you see it on paper you can see what you are doing!
I am in same exact boat...cept I have been giving in a little...We can do this!!! Get over the plateau!!!

your patience has paid off. Im so glad for you, thats really awesome. good luck on your last eight pounds. its hard.
