Way too cool
I did it, I hit my 70 lbs. lost by vacation. Now I have to come up with a plan to keep it off during.
I'm thinking of my next goal......
90 lbs. by XMas!

Congrats to you and your wife and the awesome losses so far! How have you both changed your eating habits? I read thru your posts and see that you excercise regularly.

Portion control is probably the best way to describe what weve changes. We also make better decisions on what to eat. Also, we cut way back on the dining out to only once a week. When we do go out we typicaly share a meal and pass on the desert.
