Look like...
I've finaly slowed down in the weight loss area. Yes, I'm still loosing weight, but I keep expecting to see 4 or five lbs each week and it dosn't happen.
This week I need to find a good workout that is sustainable and targets my stomach. If anyone out there knows of one, please drop me a line. The old standby will be crunches and situps ;-(
