week 1 (A recap)

havent been in touch because i have been away with my parents. they leave on tuesday...jump starting my weight loss program then...its simply an accomplishment that i havent gained a ridiculous amount or weight while theyve been here! I will update my weight on tuesday.

DAY ONE!

Hello Everyone! 

Welcome to my Blog! I am a girl in my first year of college! I am studying abroad and have gained a TON of weight (on top of weight I have already gained during senior year!) I weigh around 80kgs (176lbs) and am 175.26 cm (5'9). Needless to say, I am disgusted.  I want to weigh 63kgs when I go home in december and I am determined to reach that goal.  I am sick of being the fat, side-kick, funny friend who has the "pretty face".  I hate how boys just over look me, how I'm the friend but never the girlfriend.  I want to be that girl that guys want, that hot girl all the other girls hate you know? I'm determined to reach that.  I hate hating myself.  I'm turning over a new leaf.  The problem is...IT IS SO HARD TO LOOSE WEIGHT IN SPAIN! I am exercising but the food is just really unhealthy.  I live with a host family right now and they feed me such unhealthy, fried food.  I resolved myself, however, to eat very slowly, and very small portions; to write down everything I eat; to stop snacking all together; to drink obscene amounts of water; to skip lunch 2x/week and dinner 1x/week; to cut back of drinking; and to just reform my outlook on food and weight-loss in general.

I CAN DO THIS! I WILL DO THIS!
