Long time no post
I've been away from the blog awhile! Busy with other things--will update you soon. I deleted my 'other blog' and am thinking about starting a new one at blogger. If I do, this one may go altogether. Don't know yet. My gold membership expires in November.
This month's rotation is consists of two aerobics with weight training workouts, two kundalini yogas, one power yoga and one cardio per week.
My official average weight for the month of September was 133 lbs. Finally, finally, finally reached that goal after over a year. (Yes, it took me over a year to lose two pounds. Now tell me about your slow weight loss!!)
