June Rotation: 'GET RIPPED'

My workout rotation for June has two objectives in mind: increase upper body strength and sculpt muscle. It is a tough rotation that has me doing a Jari Love Get Ripped workout three times a week, with cardio or yoga in between.

This is a very ambitious rotation, and may see me subbing shorter cardio workouts for the long ones scheduled, but I will give it my best shot.
