WHAT setback!??
So aparently my setback wasnt as big of a setback as i thought! Even though i havent really been to the gym since early last week (only once) and i felt like i was eating like crap... (pizza and subs...again! and a BBQ with loads of bad stuff) I'm down a half a pound! Maybe my focusing on portion sizes and really really really trying to eat healthier (yes, besides the pizza and subs) has finally made a difference! Pretty psyched! Oh - and i've switched my work hours to work from noon to 8pm, so there's no excuse for me to get to the gym in the mornings :-) (except for yesterday when i had to do laundry. DOH! It's always something, isnt it. hehe) Keep your spirits up everyone!!!!!!!!
