Another set-back
...but i'm not letting it set me back! I've been a litle "bad" so far this week. Beer, pizza, subs...argh. It's work! 12-14 hour days dont bode well for intense workouts. and i've finally admitted to myself that I am NOT a morning person. I'm not even going to try, becuase i just end up loosing sleep over it. i'm must more happy about working out - late (though i cant bring my self to go to the gym after 9:00, I mean c'mon!) and taking a sleeping pill. It's totally cool to be addicted to Unisom, right??? -er, i mean... So tomorrow is a new day.I'm going to leave work at 3:30 so I can get to the gym by 4:00 to watch oprah. I've been doing good about my water, and taking my vitamins. So goals for tomorrow: GYM! water! Eating smart!
