Down is down!
So I THINK i lost 2.5 pounds this last week. Could have been water loss or "other" loss. But down is down! I was fairly good this weekend, only had a little bit of beer yesterday. I didnt do happy hour at all on friday or saturday. A big deal in these parts 'cause happy hour means a LOT of booze and a LOT of food and a lot of $$$. And i coudl do it every day if i wanted. Long story short is I made my goals for friday - and saturday. Had dance class yesterday - do nerves and adrenalin make you burn more calores? Cause i was nervous as all heck! Didnt get to the gym today, but ate pretty good and am pretty sore from all the exercising. :-) Tomorrow is another new week! Goals for Monday: Work out in the AM Eat well at work - bring soup and Vitamuffin to work DONT eat pizza at MNVLT meeting Drink my water
