Feelin Good
Three days in the gym this week - and it feels great! I start dance tomorrow too. Getting in front of those mirrors will be a shock, but a shock i need. My goals for today: Dont over eat ( i have the day off, and lounging makes me munch) Drink all my water water water DONT go out for happy hour tonight! my biggest goal - working out - already done! :-)
