Other things that feel good
So I haven't lost yet, and I haven't gotten on the scale since I found out my home one was broken. But I worked out in the AM before work for the first time EVER in my life! And it wasn't hard. And it felt good. And I'm going to continue to do it! Also, I've been eating fairly healthy. My new favorite things is cottage cheese and crackers - all fat free of course, with a little Mrs. Dash. I'm not trying to deny myself of everything. Just smaller portions. I babysat overnight and made pancakes and bacon for the kids for breakfast and PB&J for lunch. What makes me sad is that they always ask how my diet is going. Ugh. How do five year olds know what dieting is? Another good thing I've done for myself is put nearly all of my tax return towards my last credit card. THAT feels good. It's no 20 lb. loss, but a good one none the less. This week is going to be a good week. It is now the year of the Pig! THIS is MY year! Stay Strong everyone!
