Thank You To All Who Prayed ! Thank You !
Hello Ole' Friends & Newcomers !
I am grateful to all who have achknowledged the fact that I asked you to pray ! God Bless You Always ! I am not going to lie to you this has really taken a toll on me & my nephew !
To know that Kevin Davis went on a daily basis laying his life on the line for my safety ! It is something that I feel everyone has taken for granted !
It is a blessing from God that he left behind no wife & or small children ! Originally when they said his family was there we just automatically assumed that he was married !
Kevin Davis you may be gone but
YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN !
I Want To Thank You Again For All Your Prayers !
God Bless You !

Popping in
to say hello. Today was one heck of a day. Started off good. Took my rescue dog and started her in training. That was a couple hours of sit, heel. Then took her to dog park and played ball and ran her. Afterwards, I took her home. Gave her food, water, make sure she did her duty so I could clean up after her. Then, I gave her all her toys and put her in the back yard because I had to head out to handle a couple of things.
While I was gone, she decided to scale the fence and run away. Now mind you, that's how she probably ended up in the shelter in the first place (she was there for 6 months) before I pulled her from being euthanized. So, I get this call from someone in the city saying that they caught her. She was running down a busy thoroughfare. They lifted her over my fence and put her in the back yard. The minute I heard this, I started to RUSH home. It took four, count it, FOUR hours to get home since traffic was at a standstill. Actually, I was less than an hour from the house. I kept praying and praying. My stomach was in a knot that she would scale the fence again looking for me. Thankfully, she was still in the back yard. I have so much to thank God for.
Now I have to figure out how to keep her from scaling the fence. With her breed, the "puppy" stays in her for the first 3 or more years. And she's under a year old now. I have my work cut out for me.
Hope all is well with you.
