super psyched
well it has been 4 days and ive lost 8 pounds. the best thing is that i have energy and my appetite is gone. So if im gonna eat i might as well eat healthy food. If i dont exercise i cant sleep at night, so i might as well exercise. Its going awesome.

well it is 5am the 2nd day of my "diet"
i have been up since 1 am and its because i took the pill later in the day
but, i immediately saw a difference. Had no appetite the entire day and felt like i wanted to run.

howdy and wish me good luck

howdy im heidi. i live in clearlake iowa and im 24 years old. I work for opportunity village as a personal assistant for adults with mental and physical disabilities.my job is stressful but very rewarding. I have been dating chad for 4 years.Chad and i are engaged and have been trying to concieve for three years. I was pregnant with twins a year ago in early 2009, but after chad went through a serious illness and two major surgeries, i had a miscarriage due to stress. I have tried metformin and clomid to get pregnant and the clomid only worked that one time. So now iam trying to loose weight to move onto stronger meds to concieve.
I weigh 177 pounds which is positively mortifying for me @ 5'2". I have always been heavy. But before i meet chad, i managed to get down to 145 pounds, then went up to 150 while we were dating. Until I had my miscarriage and the fallowing stress caused me to balloon up to 177 pounds over the next year, due to binge eating.
My goal weight is 130 pounds. But for now I want to loose 20% of my body weight to restore my ovulation. So my first goal is 35 pounds.
I start Phentermine 37.5mg today, and i will continue to stay on the South Beach Diet which i have been on and off for the last 9 monthes. Both of these work extremely well, so iam optomistic. But i know it will require dedication and hard work on my part.
Summer is right around the corner and i hope to be carefree like i was @ 145 pounds. I hope to post here everyday, and mention all my successes which i hope to be many. and all my failures which i hope to be few.
I will weigh once a week.
