For the longest time

so now i'm in a training phase, trying to boost my fitness level.

I wanna see how long I can run consistently without stopping.

So far, i'm starting slowly, step-by-step.  Yesterday was Day 1.  Ran just 16 mins nonstop.  Tomorrow, will add an extra 4 minutes and so forth.  I time myself based on the number of songs i go through on my music player. 

Gotta keep going.

Anyone got any tips on endurance and stuff to help you run longer?

haha i wish.

i run so so slow now!  i had knee surgery years ago and am just now able to start running again.  i have been training myself for a 5k... starting slower than slow.  i run for 3 min, walk for 2, for 30 min.  it is bringing my endurance up for sure!  start slow maybe.  just add a few minutes at a time.
