180 degrees flip
Today was such a cloudy and slightly rainy day! Compared to yesterday's beautiful day!! Oh well, the good thing about that is the gym wasn't boiling hot from the sun rays!
I ate pretty healthy today, small breakfast though. But I ate a protein bar before hitting the gym...good workout for 1hr45mins. Mainly weights, ab exercises and 1 hr of running & cycling. ![]()
Day one of my challenge to amaze my personal trainer. So far so good. haha...but then again, it IS only day one. 
I'm gonna be too busy during the next few weeks anyways to have time to think about food and hunger. Exams are just around the corner and I'm not looking forward to it!! I gotta go hard-out for them, since I failed the mid-semester tests for two of my papers already.....not that anyone on here cares! 
Well I gotta run!
