FIRST SLIP UP!
I've had my first slip of the diet.. :o(
A small bowl of some Jordan's crunchy cereal stuff (no milk) and two v. small biscuits!!!
The trick now is to make it a one off. That's going to be the tough part for me!
Also need to examine why I did it.
And try not to go on a bender!!!
Or beat myself up.
Doing ok so far but I should go to bed before I do any more damage!!
