Journaling
I figured that I should start journaling my food and exercise today. I am going to start using all of the tools available on this site. I'm hoping that it is a lot like Weight Watchers and I can keep my eye on my calories better by actually journaling everything that goes into my mouth.
I also started Hydroxycut Hardcore today. I know that with Metabolife back when the ephedrine was in it I lost a lot of weight. I'm hoping that by using this I can up my weight loss a bit. I'm using it as a jump start.
I ordered Hip Hop Abs the other night and it should be here hopefully by Thursday or Friday. The guarantee is to lose 3 inches in your waist in the first 6 days or your money back. It looks like a lot of fun so I hope it helps spice up my workout routine.
Today I did an 11 min. Core workout, 20 minute belly dancing, and 21 minutes on my Wii Fit. I'm hoping to do at least 15-20 minutes on either my elliptical or my treadmill around 2 pm. I've also drank 4 glasses of water so far today. That is the most I've drank in a LOOOOONG time! No more Mountain Dew

I WILL start over again!
I say it time and time again but this time I will stick to it. I have a treadmill, elliptical, and a Total Gym...plus I have a Wii Fit and tons of workout videos. I have NO excuse to not lose the weight.
I have to get off my butt first thing in the morning after my kids get on the bus and exercise. I need to journal all of my food choices and get rid of the bad foods that will sabotage me. I need to find support!!! My husband wants me to lose the weight but he doesn't understand why it is so hard. He doesn't understand that I need others to help me in my journey. My family doesn't understand either. No one else is trying to get healthy.
I am setting a goal right now to lose 5 pounds. I will buy myself something special when I hit that goal. After that I will set my goal again.
