4th day in
survived 4 days of my diet! woooooohooo!
i deserve a trophy.. just had 10 almonds as a snack and gonna go on the treadmill in an hour (waiting for my workout shorts to dry from the dryer).. the doc recommended 30 mins of walking only 3x this week... which works great for me!
benefits of almonds
i'm not as fit as i used to be.. so even 30mins on the treadmill is a bit challenging for me right now
.. so wanna improve my fitness level! but i don't wanna jog till i get to the lowers 70s (kgs) cuz i just think it's too much pressure on my knees, i've tried it before and gave up because it was too strenuous for me
can't wait to get on the scale and see some of my efforts pay off! although i'm actually not as fixated on numbers as i used to be, it's just nice to see the % of fat in your body lower on a fat-measuring scale thang..
