I suck!
I really suck at this diet! It has been almost 2 months since I last posted! I haven't weighed myself in weeks. I'm gonna do it tomorrow to see where I am right now. We're vacationing in Canada in May. I want to be able to swim w/o feeling like a beached wale! I can't believe that I thought I was fat in high school. Boy was I mistaken!
I'll post tomorrow to update everything. I've gotta get down to business. while it would be lovely to be at 150 by May, I know that's a bit overzealous. I'd like to be at about 170 at the least though! (I won't swim, but at least my clothes will fit again. I'm down to track suits and the pants that I broke down and bought for work. My jeans are super tight and my stomach sticks out so much that I look rediculous in my shirts. I can't take this fat stuff. I've never been skinny, but I've always had nice curves. NOw I'm just a blob!) Oh well, the only way to fix it is to eat better and exercise!
