Before After

Great Workout but...

I had a good work out yesterday. I am still having trouble with binge eating though. I do well with most meals.

However, between 12 and 4 are the WORST  part of my day . I have a good breakfast, snack, and lunch. Then it all goes down hill. I start to munch on everything. Today after my good lunch, I had 4 mini kit kats, 7 whole grain pretzel rods, and some fritos with cheese queso dip stuff.

I feel horrible now, but I am trying to not beat myself up.
I know change is a process. I just am trying to figure out  how to beat this behavior and I know that I will on my way to health.

Hmmm

Have you thought about trying to plan an activity during those hours? If you know the time that is the hardest for you to not eat unhealthy foods then maybe if you plan to workout or so some sort of craft or whatever during those hours...well maybe you will be too busy to benge. Just a thought.

I have a tough time in the evening and that is when I go to the gym. It works for me.

You're right!

It's a process.  One day at a time, one meal at a time!  Those hours are tough.  Is this at work that you're eating these things?  Is it stuff you buy or stuff that other people are bringing around?  Because for me, I have to just not buy the stuff that I cannot "control".  Or maybe put together the stuff you like in little baggies with the calories or points (or whatever plan you're doing) on them.  Then you can just grab this portioned little baggies for snacks and not overeat.  The challenge is to grab only one, though...hee hee.

Like you said, it's a process.  You're working on it.  Keep it up!

Have a great weekend.

Amy
