Hello All,
It's been awhile, but I was in nyc all last week working, so I haven't been on here. I came back over the weekend, and since I started my period, I didn't want to hop on the scales. I got to see G when I was in NY, we had a great time. He kept saying how great I looked! And of course that made me feel incredible! It was so encouraging to hear him say, "You look great!"
I did pretty good last week considering. My eating habits have become so strict, that even if I eat a healthy normal meal, I feel like it's too much. Thanks to Jamba Juice, I was able to skip a few meals and replace w/ a smoothie.
So, I'll be back on the scales in a couple days, and hopefully I will break the 30 pound mark!!
