Good morning!

Guess what you all!  I met two of my goals yesterday.  #1 I didnt eat late! #2  I did my weight training.  You know why?  I kept thinking I am going to write in the blog tomorrow and I dont want to have to tell them I didnt do it again.  Hey, you all are such awesome motivation for me!  I cheated and weighed myself this morning and I am down a pound and I will surely take it! oh yeah! so exciting to see the scale moving again-even if just a little.

You know what else...I am here at work and I got a whole cup of coffee spilt on me and I dont even care that much...HA.  I think I am still on cloud nine from getting my goals met.  I mean it isnt very comfortable, but it'll dry~!

Hump day you all...

Good morning!

It is hump day !! YAY!  That means only two more days of the work days left in the week.  Isn't that awesome?  I think so.

Exercise that I got in yesterday: walk at lunch-25 minutes.  After work went for another 35 minute walk at park with family and our friend...so yeah for me getting workouts in!

Ok, everyone, tonight I really have to get in my weight training.  I didnt get it in last night. 

Yesterday I ate the following"

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs

Snack: one boiled egg

Lunch: lowfat soup

Supper: salad and spaghetti without noodles.

Good morning!

I got my walk in last night with friends...yahoo.  A one hour walk at the park. 

This week I am wanting to  pump things up a bit.  I am wanting to be happy with results on my weigh in next Tuesday.  My goals for today are to get in my weight training and of course walk on lunch and when I get home.  So, I am wanting to do the weight training on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Is anyone else wanting to try to do this?

Got my walk in!!

Good afternoon you all!

I went for my walk on lunch-yeah!  Exercising definitely clears my head!  I am psyched for the new week.  My goals for this week are to definitely get my walking in.  I want to TRY to do DVD 3 times this week.  I got a kickboxing one and a pilates one from library.  It is called easying into pilates...so I am not trying the advanced level.  I also am going to get my 2 weight trainging in this week.  Last week I only got one session in. 

I am also drinking, drinking and drinking! water that is

Hey everyone!

Just checking in like I said I would and I did great on exercises...weighed in and maintaining still.  Hey that is good!  I am going to take it and be happy with it!  I Guess what I did-our church had a get together and I at some sweet potato pie.  I have never had that stuff before.  So today I am happy to be reporting that I maintained.  I got my walks in each day also!!!   I am seriously thinking that my TOM is coming around.  I have had some serious sugar cravings this weekend that I have not had in weeks.   HELP!!   So, I am just maintaining and happy today!!!

What am I doing today?  I am recommitting today to saying no to sweets.  I brought sugar free jello in to work to help.  I am going for my walk on lunch break.  Tonight I already have a date with my friend to walk with them at the park.  We can do this you all.  Dont give up!  Keep up the great work!

Glad it is Friday

Hey! So so so glad it is Friday. Oh yeah!!  This whole week I volunteered to work late cause of the workload so big here last couple of weeks and glad for the weekend to be coming.

Last night I got sick.  I think that I did not eat enough yesterday.  I know my body acts a certain way if I dont eat right.  I was so busy that forgot to eat so when I came home I had headache and my eyes get blurry.  I am setting up doctor appointment today though.  I think I might be a little hypoglycemic maybe.  I know that I have high cholesterol that is what kind of woke me up to start watching what I eat

On a more positive note-I already have drank 16 oz today.  So off to awesome start on H2O.Yeah me!!!  I am psyched cause they said we have a canadian air front coming through and the weather is awesome.  Right now 62 degree which means maybe no serious sweating on lunch walk 

I am taking a group of kids from our church tonight for Bible study, cookout, and hiking so I will get my walk in there too!  I am looking forward to that!

Eating cut off time and size 10

Good morning!

 I am totally excited cause I accomplished my goal of not eating late-YEAH!!!!  I feel great when I wake up in the morning if I have not ate late the night before. 

It is supposed to rain today and storm...hopefully it holds off so I can have my walk on lunch break.  If not then I will just walk around the buildings and stairs here.  They have five stories so I could do the stairs if it rains. 

I have been reevaluating what I am eating and drinking and I did a no no.  I am an avid coffee drinker-I love the stuff since college.  Well, I bought some delish creamer which is really loaded with sugar (and yes I am on south beach diet and shouldnt even have).  So, today I have resolved to not use anymore.  I am bringing the stuff to work tomorrow and put in the coffeebreak room so others can enjoy it.  I didnt wanna throw it away.

Guess what...I am wearing a size 10 skirt today...yes, a size 10.  Well, it is a wraparound skirt...it has one button at the waist that i can actually button.  I love seeing that size 10 on thre.  It fits my waist perfectly...now if it were not a wraparound I doubt seriously if I would be able to fit my hips in there...but I am going to enjoy this moment of wearing a size 10.  Have a great and healthy day you all!  Keep up the great work!

Hey you all...just wanted to post that I got my walk in early this morning!  I love going out for a walk when you can hear the birds chirping.  It is so peaceful!  Tonight going to get my crunces in again!  I am sooooo glad it is Wednesday-hump day.  Two more days left till the weekend-yahooooooooo!

Did great on eating healthy yesterday...I know I still ate too late...well, everyone tonight I am going to do it.  I am going to NOT eat past my cut off time.  Wish me luck!  How are you all doing?

Scales...

Good morning!

The scales are not budging yet this week.  I am a daily weigher and the reason for that is so that I can keep on top of my weight  If my weight goes up I wanna know so I can change what might be the increase.  I tend to gain easily if I dont want it so that is a precaution I have been taking.

Anyhow...next subject!  Crunches-I did them this morning along with my weight training.  I am feeling good that I got them over with.  I have heard through reading it is ok to do them daily and that is what I am going to do! So yeah me!

I ate kind of late last night...about 8:30 but went for 35 minute walk afterward so hoping that helps that.  I dont like to eat too late cause I know that has in the past sabatoged my weightloss efforts. So tonight my goal is to get my supper eaten early! I know that I can do it!  I will let you know how it goes in the morning!

It's Monday-ugh!

Well it is Monday everyone Actually  I went to bed earlier than normal and feeling pretty good. 

I got walk in with my daughter.  Our family went biking, so I got that part accomplished.  Guess what though...slacking on not getting in my crunches.  This is something I really wanna start doing, but did not get started on that yet.

I am wanting to lose at least 9 pounds by August 5, do you think that is doable?  I am hoping so.  We are having a get together and it would be a nice mini-goal for me.
